About our home

Built in the 1890's, Villa des Roses is a 3 storey belle-epoque style villa and our apartment is situated on the top floor, overlooking the stunning bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer. The apartment is perfectly situated minutes from the historic, medieval town, with its beautiful citadel and which is famous for it's restaurants, bars, local shops and quaint harbour. From our balcony, gaze across to Cap Ferrart, with it's old style Riveria glamour, take the coastal train and find your self in Monaco within 20 minutes, or just laze at the beautiful local beach, a mere 7 minute walk away. Our apartment was recently completely renovated and has a brand new kitchen with all new appliances. The main bedroom has fitted mirrored wardrobes, a Kingsize bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom Two has fitted wardrobes and two single beds that can also be joined together to make a double bed. Both bedrooms have new oak flooring. There is a large marble floored Living Room and Dining Area from which a balcony extends. A flat screen TV, DVD player and music centre are installed. The bathroom has a shower and vanity unit.
